Hope you're having a good new year so far, we’re having a grand time. We just confirmed we’ll be playing a live set on pirate cat radio in SF on the 28th. We’re gonna be showcasing a bunch of our new songs and you can tune in from ANYWHERE on PirateCatRadio.com to hear the show live. You can get the info for that off the shows if you hit up the Facebook events listing.
We’re also playing at High Street Station in Alameda in February for their monthly Celtic music showcase. We’ll be sharing the stage with OAT and it should be a lot of fun. That’s Saturday, February 19 · 7:00pm – 9:00pm at 1303 High Street, Alameda, CA 94501.
We’ve got a bunch of other shows in the works and are actively looking for more so keep an ear out. We’re also actively applying to festivals and events all over the west coast and midwest. for this summer, with a little luck we’ll get some serious road time in this year.
We’ve also made some big strides getting our recording studio set up and are just about ready to start recording for the new album. We’re looking for good deals on studio mics but we’ve got enough to start recording for the album at practice this sunday. So far we have 12 tracks written and ready to record, another 3 in progress, and our target release date is May 1.
In the meantime, we've still got a bunch of costs to cover, the album is going to need professional mixdowns and mastering in order to get that professional quality sound that can finally get us on the radio and spread the message to the masses To help cover those costs we're taking pre-orders of the album. If you want to help us build this thing please send money via paypal to circlealpha@yahoo.com with the subject "Anarchitechture Pre-Order". Everyone who kicks in $10 will get a link to download the album a week before the official release, $20 will get you the download and a signed copy of the album sent to you by mail, and $50 or more will get you the download, a signed CD & a t-shirt with the cover art as well. I'll send you a receipt within 24 hours and you have my word that if the album is delayed or any other complications come up you'll get a full refund.
And, of course, any sales of our previous two albums (http://beltainesfire.bandcamp.com/) between now and then will go into the album launch fund as well.
Thanks for listening and for supporting our music, we really do appreciate it.
