Recently I have got an e-mail from Pertuleizo Fuyjutino (thanks mate!) with links to some punk-folk / folk-punk CDs from Galiza and Portugal that are available as free downloads with permission of the bands.
The first post is about Rastreros, a punk-folk band from Chantada (Lugo, Galiza). Together with Os Diplomaticos de Monte Alto, they were at the forefront of the Bravú scene. More info about the Bravú movement can be found at wikipedia in Galician and in Spanish.
This is the band's debut album with some of their hits: the anthem "Tratorada", "Vida de Xan" e "O Sacristán de Basán". The band broke-up but they re-formed and released a 2 track single in 2013.
