The series PaddyWhackery was nominated for three Irish Film & Television Awards in 2008 (bilingual comedy/drama series). The Shillelagh Bangers perform their classic track 'Póg mo thóin' as the credits roll
Big Bag of Sticks are from Galway. The first time I saw their name was in a Across the Border CD, as they toured together some years ago. The band has six members. They play "Original Irish Speedfolk Reggae"
