The band from Gijón-Xixón Sambre has just released their debut album. "Na solombra" has 11 tracks and has been produced by Xel Pereda (member of the Asturian folk band Llan de Cubel) .
Sambre was born in 2007 and till now had only included a couple of songs in some compilations. They are a rock'n'roll band influenced by folk music and sing in their local languague, Asturian.
The line-up is as follows:
Hugo Fuente - vocals
Gabriel Méndez - bass
Daniel Sánchez - drums
Raul Lopez - guitar
Jose Luis Fernández - guitar
Xuan Naveiras - bagpipes
