Dzieciuki is a punk-folk-ska band from Belarus. All their recordings are available at Bandcamp. The single "Pa Harach" is in fact their rendition of "Bugger Off". It's stated that it's a Real McKenzies cover. Apparently they have never heard previous versions by other bands:-)
